Fat chance, Nut Boy. There is a record of his desire to stalk Allen, and the video record….despite how the MSM characterizes it…clearly shows Stark running up, and into Allen’s security team. Prior threats and first contact make battery a tough case. But then Stark, being a moonbat and a law student, is probably convinced that the rules of law don;t apply as long as you find a sympathetic judge.
