   I forget. Do you clear the weapon before or after attempting to re-attach the barrel?

   Let’s see…keep turning the barrel until it stops…back of 1 click…back off a second click…keep backing off until the damn thing stops clicking…

   Yep. Good to go.

   Dude was lucky. I saw a guy get a lap full of exploding .50 brass from an improperly head spaced M2. It was a real life example of why O4 staff weenies should be kept away from soldiers.
